温度和压力是直接影响设备运行效果的两大因素,我们如何更直观的判断其所带来的影响?

 对于工业制冷而言,常见的就是冷水机了,冷水机种类繁多,比如风冷式冷水机,水冷式冷水机,螺杆式冷水机,螺旋式冷水机,冷水机所达到的制冷效果,往往决定着使用者的生产及生活状况,所以我们更要直观的了解,影响冷水机制冷的重要因素主要有哪些,从大的方面来讲,影响冷水机运行以及制冷效果的因素主要有两大类,即温度和压力,接卸来我就和大家详细说说主要表现在哪些地方:

一、制冷系统压力和温度的检测 
  制冷系统的压力概念:制冷系统在运行时可分高、低压两部分。高压段从压缩机的排气口至节流阀前,这一段称为排气压力。压缩机的吸气口压力称为吸气压力,吸气压力接近于蒸发压力。
1. Detection of pressure and temperature in a refrigeration system
The pressure concept of the refrigeration system: the refrigeration system can be divided into two parts: high and low pressure in operation. The high pressure section is from the exhaust vent of the compressor to the throttle valve. This section is called the exhaust pressure. The suction pressure of the compressor is called the suction pressure, and the suction pressure is close to the evaporation pressure.
 
 
 
  1) 蒸发温度te:是指液体制冷剂在蒸发器内沸腾气化的温度。例如空调机组的te。为5~7度作为空调机组的佳蒸发温度,就是说空调机组的设计te为5~7度之间,当检修后的空调机组在调试时,若te达不到5~7 度之间,应对膨胀阀进行高速,检测压缩机的吸气压力。其目的是了解机组运行时的蒸发温度,而te又无法直接检测,只有通过检测对应的蒸发压力而获得其蒸发温度(通过查阅制冷剂热力性质表)。
 
1) the evaporation temperature Te: the temperature of the vaporization of the liquid refrigerant in the evaporator. For example, the te of an air conditioning unit. 5~7 degree is the best evaporation temperature of the air conditioning unit, that is to say, the design of te is 5~7 degrees. When the air conditioning unit is being debugged, if the te is less than 5~7 degrees, the expansion valve should be treated at high speed to detect the suction pressure of the compressor. The purpose is to understand the evaporation temperature of the unit when running, and te can not directly detect it. Only by detecting the corresponding evaporation pressure, can we get the evaporation temperature (by consulting the refrigerant thermodynamic properties table).
  2) 冷凝温度tc: 是制冷剂的过热蒸气在冷凝器内放热后凝结为液体时的温度。冷凝温度也不能直接检测,只有通过检测其对应的冷凝压力,再通过查阅制冷剂热力性质表而获得。冷凝温度高,其冷凝压力相对升高,它们互相对应。冷凝温度超高,机组负荷重,电动机超载,于运行不利,其制冷量相应下降,耗功率上升,应尽量避免。
2) condensation temperature Tc: the temperature of the superheated vapor of the refrigerant in the condenser when it is released into a liquid after the heat is released in the condenser. The condensation temperature can not be detected directly. Only by detecting the corresponding condensation pressure, the condensing temperature can be obtained by checking the thermodynamic properties table of the refrigerant. When the condensing temperature is high, the condensing pressure is relatively high, and they correspond to each other. The condensing temperature is very high, the load of the unit is heavy, the motor is overloaded, and the operation is unfavorable. The cooling capacity of the condensing unit is decreased and the power consumption is rising, so it should be avoided as far as possible.
  3) 排气温度td :是指压缩机排气口的温度(包括排气口接管的温度),检测排气温度必须有测温装置,一般小型机不设立,临时测量可用半导体点温计检测,但误差较大。排气温度受吸气温度和冷凝温度的影响,吸气温度或冷凝温度升高,排气温度也相应上升,因此要控制吸气温度和冷凝温度,才能稳定排气温度。
3) exhaust temperature Td: it refers to the temperature of the compressor outlet, including the temperature of the exhaust port nozzle, and the temperature must be equipped with the temperature measuring device. Generally, the minicomputer is not set up. The temporary measurement can be detected by the semiconductor point thermometer, but the error is large. The exhaust temperature is influenced by the suction temperature and the condensation temperature. When the temperature of the suction or the condensation temperature rises, the exhaust temperature will rise correspondingly. Therefore, we must control the temperature of suction and condensation to stabilize the exhaust temperature.
  4) 吸气温度ts:是指压缩机吸气连接管的气体温度,检测吸气温度需有测温装置,一般小型机组不设立测温装置,检修调试时一般以手触摸估测,空调机组的吸气温度一般要求控制ts=15度为左右为好。超过此值对制冷效果有一定影响。
4) the suction temperature of TS is that the temperature of the gas compressor suction connection pipe, suction temperature detection with a temperature measuring device, small unit set up a temperature measuring device, the maintenance general hand touch suction temperature estimation, air conditioning units generally require control of ts=15 degrees or so. 二、吸气压力变化制冷系统的影响 
  吸气压力与蒸发温度及其制冷剂的流量有着密切关系。对于用膨胀阀的系统而言,吸气压力与膨胀阀的开启度、制冷剂充注量、压缩机的冷效率、以及负荷大小有关。
  1) 吸气压力低: 吸气压力低于正常值,其因素有制冷量不足、冷负荷量小、膨胀阀开启小、冷凝压力低(指用毛细管系统),以及过滤器不畅通。
  2) 吸气压力高:吸气压力高于正常值,其因素有制冷剂过多、制冷负荷大、膨胀阀开启度大、冷凝压力高(毛细管系统)以及压缩机效率差等
Two, the influence of the air suction pressure on the refrigeration system
The suction pressure is closely related to the evaporation temperature and the flow rate of the refrigerant. For the expansion valve system, the suction pressure is related to the opening degree of the expansion valve, the amount of refrigerant filling, the cooling efficiency of the compressor, and the size of the load.
1) low inspiratory pressure: inspiratory pressure is below normal value. The factors include insufficient refrigerating capacity, low cooling load, small expansion valve opening, low condensing pressure (with capillary system) and unsmooth filter.
2) the high inspiratory pressure is: the inspiratory pressure is higher than the normal value. The factors include too much refrigerant, large refrigerating load, large opening of expansion valve, high condensing pressure (capillary system), and poor efficiency of compressor.
 
三、排气(冷凝)压力变化对制冷系统的影响 
  制冷系统运行时,其排气压力与冷凝温度相对应,而冷凝温度与其冷却介质的流量 和温度、制冷剂流入量、冷负荷量等有关。在检查制冷系统时,应在排气管处装一只排气压力表,检测排气压力,作为分析故障资料。
  1) 排气压力高: 当排气压力高于正常值时,一般有冷却介质的流量小或冷却介质温度高、制冷剂充注量过多、冷负荷大及膨胀开启大等。
Three, the influence of the pressure change of the exhaust (condensing) on the refrigeration system
When the refrigeration system is running, the exhaust pressure is corresponding to the condensation temperature, and the condensation temperature is related to the flow and temperature of the cooling medium, the amount of refrigerant influx and the cooling load. In the inspection of the refrigeration system, an exhaust pressure meter should be installed at the exhaust pipe to detect the exhaust pressure as an analysis of the fault data. 
  以上因素会引起系统的循环流量增加,冷凝热负荷也相应增加。由于热量不能及时全部散出,引起冷凝温度上升,而所能检测到的是排气(冷凝)压力上升。在冷却介质流量低或冷却介质温度高的情况下,冷凝器的散热效率降低而使冷凝温度上升。在冷却介质流量低或冷却介质温度高的情况下,冷凝器的散热效率降低而使冷凝温度上升。对于制冷剂充注量过多的原因,是多余的制冷剂液占据了一部分冷凝管,使冷凝面积减少,引起冷凝温度上升。
the cooling efficiency of the condenser decreases and the condensation temperature rises. The reason for the excessive filling of the refrigerant is that the excess refrigerant liquid occupies a part of the condensing tube, which reduces the condensing area and causes the condensation temperature to rise.
  2) 排气压力低:排气压力低于正常值,其因素有压缩机效率低、制冷剂量不足、冷负荷小、膨胀阀开度。似鞑怀┩ǎㄅ蛘头Ч送约袄淙唇橹饰露鹊偷。
  以上几种因素都会引起系统的制冷流量下降、冷凝负荷。估淠露认陆。
2) the exhaust pressure is low: the exhaust pressure is lower than the normal value. The factors include low efficiency, low refrigerant dosage, low cooling load, small expansion valve opening and so on. The filter is not smooth, including expansion valve filter screen and cooling medium temperature.
  在一般情况下,吸气压力升高,排气压力也相应上升;吸入压力下降,排气压力也相应下降。也可从吸气压力表的变化估计出排气压力的大致情况。
he above factors will cause the cooling flow of the system to decrease, the condensation load is small, and the condensation temperature will be reduced.
In general, the suction pressure rises, the exhaust pressure rises correspondingly, the suction pressure drops and the exhaust pressure drops accordingly. The general condition of the exhaust pressure can also be estimated from the change of the suction pressure gauge.
